MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL - some of my favourites

                 I have been collecting mirrors for months now - some antique and some vintage . All painted in "old white "One of my Favourite ASCP colour 

                                     

                            My favourite has to be this Antique Ornate Mirror
                     It is very heavy . As I guess most mirrors were in the day !!

                                                        

                    My next favourite is the Puffy Mirror - NOT REALLY !
                                            It reminds me of quilting  

    This is my TIN Mirror - It reminds me of the tin you would see on a ceiling 

                                      Next is my Vintage Wicker Mirror
                        Something like you see in the Caribbean or  Hawaii 

                               And  Finally a old vintage plain wood  mirror
                                                       Nothing special  

                      just helped someone to see just how wonderful they really are !!

1. In the last 5 months I have become totally addicted to Milk glass especially Hobnob since  purchasing a 

$ $12.00 vase  at an antique shop . I just can't leave these gems at the store .

2. I LOVE spending time watching our kids play Sports - Hockey/ Ball Hockey  ,Track& Field / X Country   ,Soccer ,Volleyball/ Beach Volleyball  & Basketball 

3.I LOVE going to the lake during the Summer Months for a little R & R - Spending time with Family at our trailer . 

4. Selling a little on Ebay just for Fun 

5. Loving this new world of Blogging - thank you to everyone for their INSPIRATION  !!!

Happy Victoria Day - May Long Weekend

        Happy First "LONG WEEKEND "of the year to all my Canadian Friends 

                                         Victoria Day Long Weekend 

                               Enjoy time with Family , Friends  and 

                                    find some time to create something new 

                              I'm off to lake with our kids and their friends .

                       I hope to do some painting  and relax for just a little while  !!!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY 2012- WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY

                                                      

                          OH WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY !

I started the day with a sunny walk to Tim Horton's for Breakfast  with 2 special girls . My  bagel & cream cheese was wonderful , the fruit yogurt was delish!! Spending time with my family could not more enjoyable  .

Finishing a few projects , taking pictures and enjoying the sunshine . 

                                         Could not ask for a better day !!!

                    My collection of milk glass , hobnob milk glass that I have been          collecting for 3 months now . It started with a $ 12.00 Vase ( I know I paid too much now ) . I just can't leave them at the store . A few lamps with shades  are missing ( 4 to be exact ) . I just found a yellow milk glass Hobnob yesterday  - I couldn't believe it !!

OH NO , will my obsession go to other colours now ??
