MY FINAL FRENCH CHAIR

I decided to upholster one last french fabric piece . The chair and bench have a new home .

This is how she started ,  a little dull

A fresh coat Old Ochre ASCP & some sanding and distressing

waxing with clear wax

I was able to use the same foam , but this chair was in need of some new fabric .

Making sure the cushion looks just right !!

Screw in the 4 screws

A beautiful Chair

And the beautiful detail

Fantastic Paint & ASCP finishing Wax goes on like butter.Basic upholstery is very easy , Just need the right tools - a staple gun & staples , compressor , staple remover ( i use a split screw driver ) , new foam or upholstery batting if you need to replace the old & some Fun Fabric . Let the fun begin !!! I try to find all my fabrics new , but fabrics that have has donated . I believe in recycling before buying new . Have a great day and do be scared !! Kelley
